Dr. Agnès Giboreau
Agnès Giboreau PhD HDR is the Director of the Center for Food and Hospitality Research of the Institut Paul Bocuse.
She manages a multidisciplinary research team to generate, transmit and value original scientific knowledge and know-how in order to contribute to the improvement of the well-being of the populations, in all the contexts of food and hospitality, at all ages, worldwide.
Research works are conducted through collaborations with both academic and industrial partners. Projects are based on living lab experiments (kitchen and restaurant) with consumers and professional experts. Results are published in international journals and used for innovation.
